Jersey Journal: State parole officer accused of assaulting a 14-year-old boy

A state parole officer stands accused of assaulting a 14-year-old boy who was umpiring a kids' baseball game at Pershing Field in Jersey City, The Jersey Journal is reporting. The Journal says the officer, Thomas Millford Lambert, 40, of Jersey City, didn't like the calls the 14-year-old ump had been making. Click here to read this hard to believe story.
