Chat room trivia canceled

Well, we had to cancel the chat room trivia on SidRosenberg.com tonight. Something has happened to the main page on the Web site—and we can't fix it for some reason. And, no shock here, GoDaddy has been of little help with the matter (we're likely migrating over to Yahoo hosting over at Sid's site soon). With any luck, the trivia will begin a week from today. Thanks, everyone.

New Hudson Line Feature: Sid's Interview of the Week

We're adding a new feature to The Hudson Line: Sid Rosenberg's Interview of the Week. Each Friday, we'll bring you the best interview Sid did during the course of the week — and we'll do our best to bring one that has a national flare instead of a Miami-only flare.

For starters, here's Sid interviewing U.S. Rep. Robert Wexler, D-Miami. If you followed the impeachment of former President Bill Clinton, you'll likely remember Wexler's vehement opposition to the entire process. He joined Sid this week to talk about his new book, "Fire Breathing Liberal," and to discuss the Race for the White House. Enjoy!

Jemele Hill is defiant, even though she's guilty

Wow — talk about a guilty party who thinks she's a victim.

Have a look at what Jemele Hill had to say on her blog about her suspension from ESPN. (You know, in case you're thinking it, I'll say it: If Ms. Hill hadn't been so damn adamant about Imus, Rosenberg and McGuirk, this situation is one I wouldn't even cover. But the hypocrisy gets to me here — so I'll be one of like 10 "outlets" in the entire country to bring this absurdity to your attention).

Unbelievable. And thanks to our friends at Imus Truth and Imus Times for pointing this post from Hill out.

Beningo with Rosenberg on Willie

Joe Beningo, of WFAN, joined Sid Rosenberg this morning to discuss the debacle surrounding the firing of Willie Randolph. Here's audio of the interview, along with Jon Stewart slamming the way the Mets handled the dismissal.
