Bayonne Councilman and state Assemblyman Anthony Chiappone wants to ban any sports teams in New Jersey from charging for licenses to buy sports tickets, the AP is reporting. The plan comes on the heels of the Giants' plans to charge as much as $20,000 to season ticket holders who wish to buy tickets in the new stadium at the Meadowlands, which is slated to open in 2010.
