NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. — A 42-year old Hudson County man wanted on child abuse charges by the Hudson County Sheriff's Office has been nabbed by customs officers at the United States/Canada border near Niagara Falls, N.Y. television station WGRZ is reporting.
According to reports, Reinaldo Rodriguez was brought into custody May 15 when he tried to enter America from Canada. Reports say the warrant was issued in 2003 and that Rodriguez was handed over to the Niagara Falls Police Department, where he's being held before an extradition hearing.
