It's been a busy few days for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
LaGuardia Airport is reopened now after it was shut down for several hours following a scare caused by a man with a fake bomb. Turns out the guy, identified as a 32-year-old New York man, was acting "strangely" at the terminal -- and when TSA officials searched him, they found materials that looked like they could be used to assemble a bomb.
