No doubt, you've heard about a lot of these vigilantes who take to the streets with their video cameras with the hopes of making communities better places. Today, I was watching MSNBC, and saw a very interesting story about Brian Bates, a man from Oklahoma City, who uses his video camera to catch prostitutes, pimps and johns. Often, his work leads to arrests. Often, he catches prostitution right in the middle of neighborhoods with kids nearby.
