Family of boy killed for being gay blames school

Here's an interesting one. Out in California, a young boy, who was 15 at the time, was killed because he was gay (supposedly). The boy wore girls' clothing to school regularly—and school officials say that was OK since it was a First Amendment protection. Now comes word the parents are suing the district for allowing their son to wear women's clothes. Click here for the story from CBS News.
